Event Attendance Policy

Purpose

The Forney Chamber of Commerce offers a variety of networking, educational, and community engagement opportunities designed to support our Partners and the local business community. This policy establishes event attendance fees and registration guidelines.

Partner Event Pricing

Current Chamber Partners receive the following event benefits:

• Coffee & Commerce – Included with Partnership

• Women's Empowerment Society – Included with Partnership

• Chamber Connect & Learn – Included with Partnership

• Monthly Partnership Luncheons – $25 per person

• Cheers with the Chamber – Complimentary

• Ribbon Cuttings – Complimentary

Non-Partner Event Pricing

Individuals and businesses that are not current Chamber Partners may attend select Chamber events at the following rates:

• Coffee & Commerce – $15 per person

• Women's Empowerment Society – $15 per person

• Chamber Connect & Learn – $15 per person

• Monthly Partnership Luncheons – $30 per person

• Cheers with the Chamber – Complimentary

• Ribbon Cuttings – Complimentary

Prospective Partner "Taste Tester" Attendance

Cheers with the Chamber and Ribbon Cuttings serve as the Chamber's designated "Taste Tester" events for prospective Partners. These events allow individuals and businesses who are considering Chamber membership to experience Chamber networking opportunities at no cost.

The Chamber reserves the right to limit or restrict attendance at complimentary events if participation is determined to be excessive or inconsistent with the intent of the program.
