Registration & Refund Policy

All event registrations are final. Refunds, credits, or transfers will not be issued for cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or unused registrations.

In the event the Chamber cancels an event, any registration fees paid will be transferred as a credit toward a future Chamber event. Cash refunds will not be issued.

Monthly Partnership Luncheon Registration Policy

Advance registration is required for all Monthly Partnership Luncheons. Registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on the Monday preceding the luncheon.

Partner businesses may request to be invoiced when registering for a luncheon. By registering, attendees acknowledge that the Chamber commits to meal and event expenses based on the registration count provided to the venue.

Cancellations, registration changes, and requests to transfer registration fees to a future luncheon must be submitted to the Chamber no later than 11:59 p.m. on the Monday preceding the luncheon.

Attendees who register for a luncheon and fail to attend without canceling by the registration deadline will remain responsible for the full registration fee. Partner attendees who selected the invoice option will be invoiced $25 per registered attendee, regardless of attendance, as meal and event costs have already been incurred by the Chamber.

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be granted after the registration deadline.

Policy Administration

The President & CEO or their designee is authorized to administer and interpret this policy and may make exceptions when deemed necessary and in the best interest of the Chamber.
