Ribbon cuttings require advance planning, coordination, marketing, and promotion by the Chamber team. We ask that businesses carefully confirm their preferred date before requesting a reservation to ensure they are fully prepared for their event.
Once the Chamber has confirmed and reserved a ribbon cutting date, any request to reschedule will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. This fee helps offset the time and resources required to update the Chamber calendar, marketing materials, promotional graphics, communications, and staff scheduling.
The Chamber reserves the right to waive this fee in extenuating circumstances at its sole discretion.
