This role involves understanding clients’ needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Explain insurance policies and coverage options clearly to clients, helping them understand benefits and risks.
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate products (e.g., life, health, auto, home, commercial insurance).
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotes tailored to clients’ requirements.
- Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted promptly.
- Keep up-to-date with insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and policy details in the CRM system.
