Join Christian Brothers Automotive Forney in a community-wide effort to save lives.
Carter BloodCare is proud to partner with local businesses and organizations to bring
communities together through blood donation. By hosting blood drives and encouraging
volunteer donors, we help provide life-saving transfusions to patients across North,
Central, and East Texas.
WHAT IS BATTLE OF THE BUSINESSES?
Battle of the Businesses is a friendly competition among local Forney businesses to see who
can collect the most blood donations—all while making a meaningful impact. In this
competition, everyone wins. The hope to to make this an annual event in Forney!
HOW IT WORKS
Each participating company hosts a blood drive
(on-site or at an alternate location)
Blood drives take place during the month of February
The company that collects the most donations by month’s end is declared the
winner
GET INVOLVED
Interested in hosting a blood drive or joining the competition? Forney business owners can contact Christine Martin at Carter BloodCare to get signed up and on the February schedule. Forney community members can support the Battle of the Businesses by choosing a participating Forney business, attending their blood drive, and donating to help our community save lives.
